Facility Builder
Place ramps along a mainline and the HCM Chapter 10 segmentation rules derive the analysis segments. The
derivation calls the library's own segment_ramp_section, so the table here and the table the
engines analyze cannot disagree.
Mainline
Segments are derived from the features by the Chapter 10 rules and cannot be dragged. Drag a ramp marker, or focus it and use the arrow keys, to move its gore; stations snap to 0.1 mi and the station field is the fine adjustment. Clicking a marker without moving it opens that feature's editor in the list below.

Demands
Each period is 15 min, and Chapter 10 sets no upper limit on how many there are. Values are veh/h.

Exporting to the fixture schema carries the facility parameters above and every per-segment field this editor shows. It does not carry ffs (per-segment free-flow speed override), caf / saf / daf, caf_schedule / saf_schedule, ramp_metering, c_ifl_override, time_step_s, which have no editor here. A fixture that was imported keeps those fields verbatim through a round trip.
